According to Bundesliga’s official website, everything about Borussia Dortmund’s third goal in Saturday’s 3-2 win against SV Werder Bremen was executed to perfection: from Marco Reus’ lay-off, Shinji Kagawa’s lofted forward pass, Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s first touch and, of course, the Armenian international’s audacious chipped finish over the advancing Koen Casteels.
A hefty 61 per cent of the post-Matchday poll was the least it deserved – and that’s saying something.
