Kanye West, Kim Kardashian named to Time Magazine’s ‘100 Most Influential People in the World’ list

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are the ultimate power couple — at least according to Time Magazine.

Both celebs were named to to the Time 100, the magazine’s annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, joining an impressive roster that includes Hillary Clinton, Pope Francis and President Obama, according to the New York Daily News.

The list is split into five sections — Titans, Pioneers, Artists, Leaders and Icons — and the very first entry, Titan of Titans, is Kanye West. West is joined by such luminaries as wife Kim Kardashian, actor Bradley Cooper, film director Lee Daniels, and YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki.

The “Jesus Walks” rapper had the slight edge over his wife, scoring one of the magazine’s five covers.

“Kanye West would be the first person to tell you he belongs on this list,” SpaceXFounder Elon Musk wrote in his Time 100 profile.

“Kanye’s belief in himself and his incredible tenacity … got him to where he is today.

While Kardashian didn’t score a cover, she did receive praise from a fellow mogul — Martha Stewart.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West visited Armenia last week.

The list traverses the worlds of entertainment, business, arts, science, activism and government, to rustle up the 100 most influential individuals across the globe.

The “Time 100” came into existence in 1999, when the magazine published a list of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century.
