Swedish city of Södertälje to host Armenian Genocide exhibition

The City Hall of the Swedish city of Södertälje will host an exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

The exhibition aims to raise awareness of the historical events that led to the genocide.

The exhibition is a product of cooperation between Södertälje and the interested public groups, including the Armenian Associations, the National Assyrian Association, Chaldean Federation of Sweden, Pontian Greeks compound and Syriac Federation.

The exhibition will run from April 15 to May 15. The event will be inaugurated by Södertälje  Mayor Boel Godner, Mayor.

The event will feature a speech by Turkish publicist and writer Ragip Zarakolu and short lectures by famous experts in the field. This will be followed by a panel discussion with guest speakers.
