The Garrison Military Court of the North-Caucasian Command will soon start hearing of a number of criminal cases, including the murder of a family of seven in Gyumri, Armenia by Russian soldier Valery Permyakov, the Court’s representative Mikhail Ptitsin told Tass.
Private of the Russian Military Base #102 is currently undergoing medical-psychological examination in the military hospital in Gyumri.
