Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan had a meeting earlier today, head of the ARF faction Armen Rustamyan told 168.am.
“We’re glad the meeting finally took place. The ice is melting,” Rustamyan said.
