According to the data of the NKR Defense Army, about 220 cases of ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani side were reported this night. The rival fired over 2,000 shots in the direction of the Armenian positions.
The Azerbaijani forces undertook eight sabotage and reconnaissance attempts at different sections of the line of contact. The rival was forced to retreat, incurring losses.
Private of the NKR Defense Army Suren Pilosyan, born in 1995, was killed as a result of ceasefire violation in one of the military units in the southern direction of the line of contact.
The NKR Ministry of Defense shares the pain of this heavy loss and expresses its support to Pilosyan’s family and friends.
