On 19 January Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
Issues related to the situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting.
Touching upon the gross violations of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijan the Head of the State noted that the behavior of official Baku endangered stability and peace in the region and was a serious blow to the mediatory efforts of the OSCE Minsk group.
Bako Sahakyan underlined the necessity of corresponding evaluation of Azerbaijan’s destructive policy by the international community and realization of concrete steps in this direction.
