President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan attended premier of “Anahit” – the first Armenian full-length animated film – together with his grandchildren.
The animated film was shot in accordance with the international animation standards, and it will bring a new qualitative dimension to Armenian animation film production. The animation was shot with the support of Armenia’s Culture Ministry under the program of assistance to cinema for 2010-2014.
Numerous Armenian celebrities have done the voice-overs for “Anahit,” famous Armenian singers and the Akunk Folk Ensemble have performed its songs, Davit Sahakyants and Lyulya Sahakyants are the directors, and Sharm Holding is the producer of this animated film.
