Over 200 cases of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan were registered at the line of contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan the night of December 12.
The rival fired more than 2,200 shots in the direction of the Armenian positions. Twenty-four shots were fired from 82 and 60 mm mortars in the eastern direction of the frontline. Sniper rifles, machine gun and other artillery weapons were also used.
The front divisions of the NKR Defense Army took relevant measures to keep the situation under control, Press Service of the NKR Defense Ministry reports.
