The Azerbaijani side has handed over the five civilians – members of the same family – to the Armenian side. Communication Programs Director of the ICRC Yerevan Office Zara Amatuni confirmed the news to Public Radio of Armenia.
The five member of the Armenian family, who were kept in Azerbaijan from 2010, have been handed over to the Armenian authorities with the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, she said.
