US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick regrets that the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers did not meet within the framework of the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial in Basel.
“We regret the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan were unable to meet at the OSCE,” Warlick said in a Twitter post. “Dialogue is a necessary part of the peace process,” he added.
Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov participated in the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting held in Basel on December 4 and 5.
