“As a Minsk Group Co-Chair, I value my discussions with all sides in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said, APA reports. The comments come after the meeting with the Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan.
“We discussed the importance of reducing tensions in the aftermath of the November 12 incident along the Line of Contact, and the need for the sides to make progress in negotiations on a lasting settlement,” he said.
