On November 25 Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a phone conversation with Swiss President, Head of Switzerland’s Federal Department for Foreign Affairs, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Didier Burkhalter.
The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues on the agenda of the OSCE Ministerial Council to take place 4 and 5 December 2014 in Basel.
