The downing of the Artsakh helicopter was a state terrorist act on the part of Azerbaijan, which should be condemned not only by Armenians, but also all humanity, leader of the Heritage Party Raffi Hovhannisyan told reporters today.
According to him, this was the most recent indicator of the quality and purposes of Azerbaijan’s policy, he said.
