“The concept of a ‘normal neighbor’ is unacceptable with reference to Azerbaijan. In the case of Azerbaijan we deal with a terrorist state,” Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan told reporters after the event dedicated to the 96th anniversary of Lithuania’s independence.
The comments come after the downing of the Mi-24 helicopter of Nagorno Karabakh’s Air Force and the subsequent statements from the Azerbaijani side.
“The symbol of Azerbaijan is Ramil Safarov,” Shavarsh Kocharyan said.
