The US calls on the parties to take necessary steps to lay the basis for a peaceful settlement to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Spokesperson for the Department of State Jen Psaki told a daily briefing.
“We call on all sides to redouble their efforts at the negotiation table to focus on the benefits that peace will bring to people across the region,” she said.
Psaki refrained from commenting on the trial of two Azerbaijani citizens in Nagorno Karabakh, saying she didn’t have enough information.
