The upcoming Paris meeting between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia is a positive action, head of EU Office in Baku Malena Mard told reporters October 22.
“Holding of such high-level meetings is very important,” she said. “We expect that these actions will change the status quo.”
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan are expected to meet later in October on the initiative of French President Francois Hollande.
