The US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick will not be able to join his Russian and French counterparts during their regional visit. “Because of a family emergency, I am unable to join the OSCE Co-Chairs in Baku and Yerevan. Good luck with talks on the Nagorno Karabakh peace,” the co-Chair wrote in his Twitter message.
OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov (Russia) and Pierre Andrieu (France) have already arrived in Baku. The co-chairs’ visit to the region will last till October 18.
