The absence of common border between Armenia and Eurasian Economic Union is not a problem, thinks the head of Eurasian Economic Commission Viktor Khristenko.
“We usually speak about border when the talk is about goods. however, Eurasian Union presents four degrees of freedom – these are goods, services, capital and labor force. For the last three the factor of border is less significant. Therefore, absence of border is not hindering the integration,” Khristenko said at an interview to a Russian TV program.
He pointed out e-services that will facilitate Armenia’s integration into Eurasian Union.
