The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared today that Nagorno Karabakh has no legal basis to prosecute the Azerbaijani citizens detained three months ago. The question refers to Shahbaz Guliyev andDilham Askerov, who entered Karvachar in the summer.
The third saboteur, Hasan Hasanov, was killed, and his body was handed over to Baku earlier this month.
Remind, that the actions of the subversive group left an underage resident of Karvachar region and a soldier killed and a woman wounded.
Azerbaijan continues to insist that members of the subversive group had “arrived” in Nagorno Karabakh to visit the graves of their relatives.
Two days ago the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic sent the indictment to court.
