The Parliament member of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Robert Walter has been appointed a rapporteur on NKR issue at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Parallel to this, Walter is also the head of British delegation at the PACE. Another candidate to the post of PACE NKR rapporteur was the former OSCE Minsk Group co-Chair Jean-Claude Mignon, who was, however not elected to the post by final results.
