Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II congratulates President of Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Independence Day of Armenia. According to the official Facebook page of the British Embassy in Armenia, the letter runs as follows: “It gives me great pleasure to send Your Excellency my congratulations and warmest greetings on the celebration of your National Day, together with my best wishes for the good fortune and happiness of the people of Armenia in the coming year”.
