On September 8, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Armenian citizen who crossed the Azerbaijani border in the direction of Gazakh region a few days ago.
ICRC representatives informed his family and the Armenian government about the meeting, spokesperson for the ICRC Baku Office Ilaha Huseynova told APA.
Armenian citizen Sarkis Ananyan, born in 1961, crossed the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 26.
