The Presidents of Armenia and Artsakh Serzh Sargsyan and Bako Sahakyan partook in the solemn opening ceremony of the Geological State Museum after G. Gabrielyants in Shushi.
President Sahakyan expressed his gratitude to academician Grigory Gabrielyants for the realization of the project and highlighted the importance of such a museum in the life of the town and the republic, underlining that it should become a significant scientific-educational and tourism center.
Primate of Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghоulyan, prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan, other officials and foreign guests partook in the event.
