Armenians reported injured in California quake

Armenians were reported among the casualties of the magnitude 6 earthquake that jolted northern California early Sunday morning, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

The Armenian Crisis Management Center keeps in touch with the Operative Crisis Center of California to clarify the number and identity of those injured.

The earthquake registered 8 km southeast of Napa, California, left 207 people injured and damaged about 100 buildings. It was followed by 30 aftershocks.
