The situation is relatively calm on the border; the shootings have reduced in an unprecedented fashion, Armenia Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan said.
“As a result of our actions toward restraining and reducing the tension, now there is relative calm at the border. “Today, there are no intelligence-gathering and sabotage operation attempts by Azerbaijan either. “For our part, we are doing everything we can so that no shots are fired especially on the border villages of Armenia. We have reduced the shots up to zero. We will continue to do everything so that the residents of our border villages feel themselves at peace,” the minister said.
