President Serzh Sargsyan has sent a telegram of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of Russia over the tragic accident at Moscow metro, which claimed tens of human lives.
President Sargsyan asked to convey his sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wished speedy recovery to the injured.
The Russian Investigative Committee on Wednesday detained a rail engineer and his helper over the deadly derailing of a subway train that left at least 22 dead and scores hospitalized, RIA Novosti reports.
