Armenia will hardly sign the document on joining the Eurasian Economic Union on July 1st, although Armenia has agreed on the provisions envisaged by the roadmap, political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan said.
“Armenia is in the process of adjusting to the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union, the legal format of relations is being shaped. There are few questions remaining, but they need to be solved,” he said.
“I may be mistaken, but I doubt that that the document will be signed on July 1st,” Iskandaryan said. He added that there are questions of technical character, namely disagreements between the member states that could block the signing of the document.
