Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Kremlin’s Press Service reports.
The two leaders noted the high level of bilateral cooperation and stated their resolve to develop these ties further.
The two Presidents also exchanged views on regional issues, including settlement in Nagorno-Karabakh. Mr Putin reiterated Russia’s readiness to do everything it can to facilitate a peaceful solution to the problem.
