Russia’s Permanent Representative at the UN Geneva Office Alexey Borodavkin handed a Badge of Honor of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Charles Aznavour, Armenia’s Ambassador to Switzerland.
Mr. Aznavour was awarded the Badge “For Contribution to International Cooperation” for his efforts in the development of Armenian-Russian relations.
Expressing gratitude for the honor, the Ambassador reiterated his willingness to continue his activity targeted at the reinforcement of Armenian-Russian friendship.
Ambassador Aznavour was bestowed the award with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s decree dated June 2, 2014.
