Armenian driver Hrachya Harutyunyan set free

The presidium of the Moscow City Court cancelled the decision to extend the term of detainment of Hrachya Harutyunyan, driver of the Kamaz, which ripped a bus into two in Podolsk, killing eighteen people, Itar-Tass reports.

The presidium discovered inconsistencies in the ruling of Judge Elena Stashina of Tver Court dated December 13, 2013 and sent the materials for new investigation.

His term of detainment had been extended for several times since the decision of December 2013.
