Azerbaijan is not planning to join any unions, including the Eurasian Economic Union, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev said at the meeting with students of the Diplomatic Academy of Azerbaijan.
The Minister added that Azerbaijan has no problems of trade with Russia, noting that the current regime is quite comfortable, Regnum reports, quoting APA agency.
Russian Minister for Economic Development Aleksey Ulyukayev declared on an official visit to Baku on June 2 that Azerbaijan could consider the issue of joining the Eurasian Economic Union.
