President Hollande of France due in Armenia Monday

French President Francois Hollande will arrive in Armenia on May 12 for a two-day state visit at the invitation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

The Presidents of Armenia and France will have a tet-a-tete meeting, after which the results of the talks will be summed up at a joint press conference. The parties will sign a number of documents targeted at the development and deepening of cooperation in a number of spheres.

Presidents Sargsyan and Hollande will participate in an Armenian-French business forum. The Presidents will visit the Tsitsernakaberd memorial to pay tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims.

In the evening Serzh Sargsyan and Francois Hollande will attend world-known singer Charles Aznavour’s concert at Sport and Concert Complex after Karen Demirchyan.

The two Presidents are also expected to attend the opening of the square named after National Hero of France, renowned poet Missak Manouchian and visit the construction ground of the French Carrefour hypermarket in Yerevan.
