Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree appointing Armen Yeritsyan as Minister of Emergency Situations, President’s Press Office reported.
According to another presidential decree, David Harutyunyan has been appointed Head of Staff of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
