From the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, We are extending Our Pontifical blessings and best wishes to women and girls on the occasion of the Annunciation of Virgin Mary and the Day of Motherhood and Beauty. The Virgin Mary is “the favoured one among women”, being a source of inspiration to all the women, and serving as an example of faith in God, and maternal care, love and devotion. On this heartfelt day all the women who are awaiting the joy of motherhood are blessed in our churches, offering prays and wishes that the mothers nurture their children with a joyous heart and peaceful soul, keeping them in peace and well-being.
We extend our prayers to the Almighty, exhorting Him to grant our mothers, sisters and daughters strong health and vivacity, heavenly gifts and graces, so that they can live with kind faith, filling their homes with blessings, and bringing vibrancy to our country, and our national and church life.
