Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will leave for Brussels on April 1st at the invitation of his Belgian counterpart Didier Reynders.
Minister Nalbandian will participate in an international conference on the prevention of Genocide titled “The Responsibility to Defend.”
