On March 27 Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received the delegation of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
Issues related to Armenia-NATO cooperation and regional security were discussed at the meeting.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the spheres and perspectives of cooperation between Armenia and the north-Atlantic Alliance in the field of defense. The parties hailed the contribution of the Armenian peacekeepers to missions pursuing international stability and security.
Minister Ohanyan presented the position of the Armenian side on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, stressing the importance of implementing confidence-building measures at the line of contact.
