The four non-governmental forces of the National Assembly have decided to start a collection of signatures to submit the issue of a vote of no-confidence in the government for consideration during the next four-day sitting. The Armenian National Congress (ANC), the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) and the Heritage reached the agreements after a recurrent sitting today.

Head of the ANC faction Levon Zurabyan said the four forces view the vote of no-confidence as a means to unite the society and as the start of a new process.

“We understand this marks the start of a new process, therefore, we have decided to work out a program of economic and political steps. I mean the steps any government should take to bring the country out of the current situation,” he said.
