Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan does not share the opinion that Armenia has a cautious attitude towards the Crimea issue.
“The Armenian Foreign Minister has made a statement, the Nagorno Karabakh Republic has also expressed its stance, and I see no caution here,” the Deputy Foreign Minister said.
Remind that Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had stated earlier that “Armenia stands for the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis through dialogue, in a peaceful and negotiated manner based on the UN Charter, international law.”
