On March 15 Charles Aznavour performed at Tel Aviv’s “Nokia” Arena, newsru.co.il reports. Aznavour’s previous concert in Israel took place on November 23, 2013.
On March 14 Aznavour arrived in Israel with his grandson. In the evening of March 15 he was present at a supper hosted by the French Ambassador to Israel. Several Israeli musicians were also in attendace .
“We – the Armenian and Jews – have survived so many tragedies that we would have vanished long ago had we not loved the life… I know we are born to die, but before, we need to live our lives to the full,” Aznavour had said at a press conference preceding his previous concert in Tel Aviv.
