Harutyun Kushkyan appointed Minister of Health of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic

On 14 March President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Zoya Lazaryan from the post of NKR minister of health upon her own request, Central Information Department of the NKR President reported.

On the same day in accordance with another Presidential decree Harutyun Kushkyan was appointed Minister of Health of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
