Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have met with the Armenian prisoner of war Hakob Injighulyan and the sic civilians interned in Azerbaijan, media contact person for the ICRC Delegation to Azerbaijan Ilaha Huseynova told APA.
They received messages from their relatives and passed letters for their families.
Arsen Khojiyan, 23, resident of Varin Garmirakhbuyr village of Armenia’s Berd region, who crossed the border on March 7, is also among the civilians.
