National Security Secretary rules out the possibility of Euromaidan in Armenia

“The initiative of a vote of no confidence in the government will not succeed, considering the current correlation of the political forces,” Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia, President of Orinats Yerkir Party Arthur Baghdasaryan told reporters today.

Speaking about the developments in Ukraine, Baghdasaryan ruled out the possibility of Euromaidan in Armenia, although, as he said, there are people in Armenia who would like reoccurrence of Ukrainian events in Armenia.

“We have an enemy in ambush. That’s why it’s important to reinforce stability and security in our country,” he said.
