On 21 February President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Levon and Marina Hovhannisyans, parents of heroically perished NKR Defense Army junior sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
The President considered irretrievable the loss of Armen Hovhannisyan and all the sons of the Armenian people perished for the sake of the Motherland’s defense, underlining at the same time that heroism and devotion shown for the sake of the Fatherland’s freedom and independence are amidst the most substantial foundations of our nation’s vitality.
