We deeply mourn the loss of tens of lives in Kiev, Spokesman for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan said, commenting on the developments in Ukraine.
“Ukraine is a friendly country for Armenia. We do hope that the parties will resume negotiations to reach agreement on most disputable issues,” Balayan said.
