Representatives of the Baku Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited Mamikon Khojoyan, 77, who crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border last week, Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs of the ICRC Yerevan Office told Armenpress.
“Our colleagues in Baku have visited our compatriot, who recently crossed the Azeri border. During the meeting they handed a letter from Khojoyan’s family,” Zara Amatuni said, adding that the ICRC delegates will always keep in touch with both the Baku authorities and the Armenian captive’s family.
She refrained from providing any information about Mamikon Khojoyan’s health condition.
