US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick hopes that the meeting of Armenian, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Paris will be a step forward leading to a summit in February.
“The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Paris on Friday. Hope it will be a step forward leading to a summit in February,” the American Co-Chair said in a Twitter post.
