On 20 January President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree posthumously awarding a medal “For Courage” to NKR Defense Army’s junior sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan for bravery shown during the defense of the NKR state border, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
