Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan had a meeting with the students and faculty of the Yerevan State Medical University on the 20th anniversary of establishment of the Faculty of Military Medicine. Graduates of the faculty have made a huge contribution to the process of army-building.
The Minister stressed the invaluable role of Armenian military doctors in the Artsakh War and the development of the Armenian Armed Forces.
Speaking about the achievements and problems of the Armenian army, Minister Ohanyan said: “The Armenian Army continues to maintain its leading role in the region. The level of professionalism of the Armenian Armed Forces rises year by year. “We are doing our best to restrain the aspirations of our neighboring country,” he said.
