January 19, 2014 will mark the seventh anniversary of the assassination of Hrant Dink. On this occasion, the “Ankara Freedom to Thought Initiative (AFTI)” and the “National Congress of Western Armenians (NCWA)” will jointly hold a commemorative forum on 18 January 2014 honoring the life and the heritage of the Turkish-Armenian journalist.
Prominent intellectuals and human rights activists will exchange views about the aftermath of Hrant Dink murder case, the democratic process in Turkey and discuss the perspectives of the centenary of the 1915 genocide of Armenians.
